What to Know Before Going On Your Site Visit
When a new client walks in and asks to see a ballroom for an event, there are three main questions that we will always ask.
1. What kind of event are you looking for? A wedding or Quinceanera in the evening will have different packages and options then a bridal or baby shower during the day.
2. Do you have a date in mind? This question informs us on pricing and room minimums for Friday vs Saturday vs Sunday, but also can help us check availability to see if there is a ballroom available for the date you have in mind. A follow up to this question may be, is your date flexible?
3. How many guests are you anticipating? Manzo’s has three ballrooms, ranging from small, intimate gatherings of 60 guests to large events of 450-500 guests. Knowing where you see your guest count helps us know which room would best fit your group.
And then all of the other specifics you have, how many people will be in your bridal party, what wedding colors you have in mind, your wedding theme, are all things we will learn about you along the way.
